Where
It All Began...
Hi i'm Hailey
Meet The Thrifting Therapist!
Welcome to The Thrifting Therapist! I am thrilled to have you here. I live in Phoenix, AZ with my husband Cody, my 2 children (Noah & Owen (boy twins, 2 years old) & Harper (girl, 5 months). I have a corgi named Harvey and a sweet bulldog named Honey. You will find them from time to time cameoing in my YouTube videos.
My background combines mental health strategies with a deep love for thrifting. Because here’s the thing: thrifting isn’t just about clothes or furniture, it’s about finding pieces of yourself you thought you’d lost. The same way we sort through thrift store racks, we can sort through our thoughts, habits, and boundaries to create a life we love.

Mission
Our
At The Thrifting Therapist, my mission is to help sensitive, heart-centered women create lives they love—inside and out—by pairing the joy of mindful thrifting with practical tools for mental wellness, boundaries, and self-love.
Just like a thrift store holds hidden gems waiting to be discovered, your life is full of untapped potential and beauty. Through a mix of thrifting inspiration, emotional growth tools, and gentle but effective strategies for avoiding burnout, I help you curate not only a home you adore but also a mindset that supports your peace, confidence, and joy. This is a space where it’s safe to explore your story, embrace your sensitivity, and learn the skills to show up for yourself—without guilt, overwhelm, or perfectionism.

You are
I don't know what brought you here to The Thrifting Therapist but I want you to know you are welcome. Your shame & guilt can be left at the door because you are going to be given so much love and acceptance here.
As a recovering people-pleaser myself and a HSP (highly sensitive person) I believed for a long time that my worth was tied to my production and numbing my emotions. Oh how wrong I was.
Thrifting has taught me that I am whole NOW. I am worthy of care and belonging NOW. My emotions are valid and I can learn how to express them safely.
And so can you. I am so happy you are here!
